At MindsetMotion, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness products. This policy is in accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations to ensure your rights are protected.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

In line with UAE law, if your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon delivery
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

You are entitled to:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement at no additional cost

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products (e.g., worn fitness apparel)
  • Digital products (e.g., workout plans, eBooks)
  • Gift cards

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–14 business days depending on your bank

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we cover shipping costs
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer bears return shipping costs

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once shipped, the return policy applies.
